These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the qqeee platform and all its services. By registering on qqeee or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.2 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Bangladesh

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one qqeee account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. qqeee reserves the right to investigate if there is any suspicion of multiple accounts being operated from the same household.

2.4 Account Verification

qqeee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Copies of a National ID, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested if necessary. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your qqeee account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions made from your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on qqeee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• The payment method used for depositing must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Winnings from bonus funds require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on qqeee will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum) → Total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonus offers are subject to change and qqeee may discontinue or modify any promotion at any time.
• If there is any evidence of bonus abuse, the account may be subject to investigation.
• Multiple individuals from the same household cannot claim the welcome bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they can only be used for betting.

VIP Program and Loyalty Benefits

Loyal qqeee members can participate in four VIP tiers. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier advancement depends on regular activity and loyalty to qqeee. Decisions regarding VIP membership are entirely at qqeee's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqeee platform:

• Using fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest tactics
• Operating games with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts using false information
• Abusing the bonus system or coordinating to claim bonuses
• Conducting any illegal activity through the platform

Fair Play and Game Policy

8.1 Fairness of Game Results

All game results on qqeee are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and not predetermined. Each game round is independent and does not depend on previous results.

8.2 Game Interruptions

If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical issue, the user's placed bet amount is generally refunded. However, in certain situations, the game may be held until it is completed.

8.3 Sports Betting Policy

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the market rules are set separately for each event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, it will be settled according to qqeee's specific policy.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Amendment & Termination of Terms

12.1 Amendment of Terms

qqeee reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Account Termination

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before closing the account, any available balance may be withdrawn through the standard process (subject to applicable conditions being met).

12.3 Termination by qqeee

qqeee reserves the right to close any account due to prohibited activity, violation of terms, or legal reasons. In such cases, any real money balance will be returned under applicable conditions.
